Lately

A few pictures that I’ve been collecting on my iPhone – little snippets of adventures and things that I’m loving lately.

01. I found this gem across the street from my office. I pass it almost every day and one day the pink bicycle caught my eye. Such a pretty corner of London.
02. Weekends are for comfy clothes. {Jeans are Rag & Bone, top is old Zara but Only Hearts, Eberyjey, and Commando make super similar ones}.
03. A weekend away in Kent – England has the prettiest old castles and manors – it’s so surreal sometimes. I’m wearing a hat by Janessa Leone, one of my absolute favorite hat designers. Coat is by Mackage.
04. Gorgeous castle in Kent.
05. My favorite hand soap at the moment, by Aesop. It has little beads that scrub off dry skin and it’s perfect followed by my favorite Aesop moisturizer.

I wanted to share a few images from my phone from life lately. It’s been super busy and hectic but Christmas in London is magic and I’ve finally been able to slow down and relax. I’ll be heading home for a short visit over Christmas and the New Year. I can’t WAIT! Merry Christmas to you and yours.

So sorry for the lack of content around here — I miss regular posting so much! Here is a little bit of what I’ve been up to lately — Autumn is here and I’m reminded why it’s my favorite season, the weather has been perfect for hot drinks, layers, and boots. It’s been a little hectic balancing life and work but we have a vacation booked to Instanbul in just a few weeks. We’ve heard amazing things about Istanbul and are so excited to experience such a culturally different place. Any tips on things we have to do or see?

Sorry for the silence — again! This summer has been filled with travels and while I’ve loved it it hasn’t left much time for other things that I love, like blogging. I got to go to Dallas for work {my first time there!} and then to Annapolis to visit with my family. It was so nice to be back in the US and spend so much time with friends and family. I’m back at work and getting back into my routine now , but prepping for a fun trip to Venice next weekend. I think could get used to this jet-setting thing. :) This weekend was quiet, at home in London with Matt, and above are a few moments I captured. I hope you enjoy!

We’re slowly getting over jet lag and getting used to life back in London after being in the U.S. for two weeks. This weekend was super chilled out and involved lots of reading {the new issue of Porter is fab}, organizing {mainly shoes as my favorite shoe shelves are no longer in existence since we’ve moved}, and wine on the deck. It’s great to be back and I’m looking forward to some more traveling coming up — more on that soon!

Hope your weekend was fabulous!
