May

May has been crazy busy: work, trading yoga for boot camp classes {so insane!}, and I’m randomly playing violin in a rock band – what? A quick weekend trip to Lille, France has been the highlight and I can’t wait to share more trip photos with you soon!

A few little snapshots of May:

01. Walking around Belsize park and this gorgeous wisteria caught my eye.
02. A beautiful homemade Peter Rabbit cake for a beautiful baby shower.
03. Loving my Bumble & bumble Surf Hair goodies. This stuff gives my crazy curls a perfectly messy look – I’m obsessed {and all of these products smell like the beach}!
04. A sneak peek from a long weekend trip to Lille {also a peek here!} A full post to come. {P.S. I’m wearing an Iro jacket and my trusty Rag & Bone Newbury boots.}
05. + 06. Tom’s Kitchen is my new favorite place for breakfast – their Brioche French toast with caramlized apples is YUM!

Hope you’re having a great week!

Chiltern Firehouse

Over the weekend I went to Chiltern Firehouse with some gal pals – good food with amazing service – made complete with cocktails and bathroom selfies, of course. The cornbread fingers are pictured {they are served with whipped maple syrup butter – YUM} and my American food cravings were completely satisfied. The outside patio area feels like a little Beverly Hills retreat in the middle of the city and it was the perfect place to relax and people watch. Already planning a trip back!

April

I can’t believe it’s already mid-April, spring has definitely sprung and I’m loving the longer days, meals outdoors, and the gorgeous blooms that line the streets of London. April has been busy and full of exciting things, {including booking a fun vacation in the next few months – can’t wait to tell you more!} A few snaps of life lately:

01. Brunch at Dean Street Townhouse which was delicious and fresh and it was finally nice enough to sit outside!
02. I’m wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses, a top by Nasty Gal and an Asos coat.
03. I had some credit at Vestiaire Collective {a site that I love and browse daily – so many good things!} so when I spotted this Goyard wallet there was no reason not to buy! I’m loving how easy it is to buy luxury items second-hand now, I’ve also heard great things about The Real Real and Fashionphile but haven’t tried them.
04. London in the sun – just so good.
05. I’ve been loving this Acne bag and using it as a decoration – the branding is perfection!

01. I pulled a few favorite pieces that I plan to wear lots in the warmer days ahead — I’m loving my Ash booties, J.O.A. top, and bag by Sophie Hulme {shop the rest of the pieces below}.
02. Sunny weekends were made for coffee {and a sneaky doughnut} at Fernandez and Wells {one of my favorites}!
03. Stocked up on a few new Aesop essentials.
04. Some little buddies decorate the flat.
05. Loving the latest issue of Porter {especially curled up in bed}.
06. New bathroom setup: I found this marble tray at H&M for £7 and it’s on of my favorite decor details lately.
07. These New Balance 420’s are so comfortable and perfect for casual weekends – the burgundy color is so fun too!

01. Enjoying the sunshine. I’m wearing a coat by Mackage and sunglasses by Ray-Ban.
02. Pretty pastel houses lined up in Notting Hill.
03. I’ve spoken about it before on the blog, but Granger & Co. Is one of my favorite places to go {especially for breakfast.} The line is always out the door on the weekends but the wait is totally worth it. Their ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter are to die for {and I’m thinking about attempting my own}.
04. Kendall Jenner made me do it {shop Calvin Klein}.
05. More Notting Hill.
06. Love this pretty dessert spread at Granger.
07. I think we still have a long way to go before warmer weather comes to London but this J.O.A. top is getting me super excited for Spring. {Rebecca Minkoff has a super cute and similar black option}.
08. Driving down Regent Street.
