Found this great idea, (via my fiancé), and I just love it! Ree Drummond, (aka The Pioneer Woman), keeps these drawers in her house for easy access to baking essentials.

The drawers slide easily in and out, so there’s no scooping from big, awkward canisters. Genius!

I love thinking about our new apartment my soon-to-be-husband and I will have once we’re married. I think that the kitchen may end up being my very favorite room, I can’t wait to have one of my own! There’s something about the room that’s so homey and familiar. Lately I’ve been loving open shelving in kitchens, and although I may not be able to have this in our first apartment, I hope to see open shelving in my kitchen one day!
