Ski Bunny

Cold weather has got me thinking about a ski trip {would be a dream to go skiing in the Swiss Alps!} and of course a few necessities to get through the cold weather {stylishly, of course}. A puffer from Canada Goose is the ultimate, warm coat and a you can’t go wrong with a pair of Sorel boots. And aren’t those Club Monaco mittens and Eugnia Kim hat so cute? {Also: they’re both on sale!}

Pretty Little Things

A few items I wouldn’t mind appearing in my house right now. :)
Happy Wednesday!

All Black + Blog Plans

There’s something about winter {and perhaps London winters especially?} that makes me want to live in black clothing. I’ve been wearing my leather-look jeans {by Citizens of Humanity} non-stop {they’re the best coated denim that I’ve found} and I love them with a basic black sweater and black boots {I found these recently on eBay for such a steal — I think another what I found on eBay post is due!}
Speaking of upcoming posts, I’ve been thinking about some new things I want to implement on NM in the upcoming year. I’d love to do more outfit posts, features on beauty products I love, posts about my workout routine, healthy eating, and a features on items that I’m adding to my wardrobe. Blogging + a full time job + real life is not always easy but I’m thankful for this little space I have to be creative and share with you all. Thanks so much for reading and for following along in 2014!

Hello + Catch Up

Hello hello! I wasn’t anticipating taking so much time off blogging, but time with family is precious these days, it was honestly so refreshing to be unplugged and spend some quality time with our family and friends. I’m still with my family in DC {I have one more week with them!} but I thought I’d pop in for a quick update.

From left to right: our trip has been a whirlwind of flights: we flew from London to Paris, Paris to Washington DC, DC to Los Angeles, and I flew back to DC to spend some extra time with my family. Whew! It’s been a blast, though. :) The top right picture I snapped in Paris — could it get more gorgeous than that? Our Christmas and New Years were quiet with family {gorgeous Malibu sunsets and a trip to Santa Barbara to see an orchestra concert included!} I got a special little {Chanel} gift and I will share more soon!

How were your Christmases and New Years celebrations? So excited for 2014 — thanks so much for following along!
