Wednesday Loves

Lately I’ve been drawn to more neutral, feminine pieces. How fab is that Rebecca Taylor jacket? Also, that A. Wang Prisma tote is 50% off on the Outnet. So tempting!

Postcards from Portugal Part I

I wanted to share some pictures from our Portugal trip: these are from our first two days. We stayed in Cascais, which is on the west coast of Portugal and it’s absolutely stunning. Our first day we just explored the beaches and walked to Cascais’ city center. The walk was one of my favorite memories from our trip — it seemed like every corner we turned was a gorgeous beach or huge, old castle. On our second day we took the train to Lisbon, stopping at the Jerónimos Monastery in Belém (it’s gorgeous!) and to try a pastel de nata, a traditional Portuguese tart that originated in Belém. We headed to Lisbon and spent the whole day exploring the gorgeous streets, restaurants, churches, and city views. I have lots more pictures to share, so stay tuned!

Portugal

We’re spending a long weekend in Portugal — it’s breathtakingly beautiful and has been incredibly relaxing, too. I’ll be back next week with lots of pictures! Feel free to follow along on Twitter and Instagram for updates. :)
Have a great weekend.

Maison Michel

I recently discovered a gorgeous French brand known for their hats and hair accessories. I’d seen these hats in street style before and always thought the embroidered M was a monogram of the person wearing it — come to find it’s the signature of the iconic French brand. I love the shape of these hats — there’s something extra special about them that takes them to another level of glamorous. Along with the investment handbag and shoe, should every woman have an investment hat? I think so. ;)

Over the Weekend

A pretty editorial print that I loved so I popped it into a frame // I never get tired of taking pictures of the flowers in front of Liberty // Christmas decor on Oxford Street! // A fun window display // Some high street shopping // Our Ikea fiddle leaf fig has grown so much — he’s about 6 feet I’d say! Any tips on how to make him grow branches? I want to try but I’m worried I’ll kill it — until then we just have a giant fiddle leaf stalk //
Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
